  • If you see yourself as a leader wanting to create change, this is meant for you. If you are focused on regeneration and sustainability in your field, or are personally invested in reshaping your role to deepen your impact, you are likely to appreciate our expeditions.

While the wilder places we venture to aren’t always accessible, we strive to find ways to make it work for everyone. If you have accessibility requirements, please let us know and we’ll reach out to our location partners to see what’s possible.

  • Our application form can be found here.

  • We are keen to join forces with those who are already working in the space of building the next economy with hospitality, community, creativity, and practicality. In an age of technology and AI, we are advocating for an equal advancement of human intelligence through place-making and next economy skill-building. Scotland has a strategy in place for regeneration in its fullest sense: for people and place. We love that Wildland is focused on conservation and custodianship that speaks to our theme of rewilding.

  • Unlike conventional business conferences that yield limited actionable insights, we have designed a fundamentally different model focused on practical business innovation and wellbeing through experiential learning. The approach is specifically designed to overcome the limitations of traditional professional development with:

    • Small-cohort knowledge exchange: Rather than passive learning among thousands, this expedition facilitates deep collaboration with a select group of cross-industry leaders, creating a high-value network that extends far beyond the event itself.

    • Breakthrough innovation through biomimicry: The program leverages nature’s 3.8 billion years of R&D to unlock novel approaches to our business challenges. Companies like Qualcomm, Interface, and Airbus have used similar nature-inspired future-proofing approaches to develop industry-disrupting innovations worth millions.

    • Lead by senior experts: Guides are senior experts in the fields of organisational design, change and transformation and nature-focused impact for business. With a collective 40 years of experience between them, they bring a complementary skill set to the table of creative leadership transformation.

    • Enhanced Leadership Capabilities: Research published in Harvard Business Review demonstrates that leaders who participate in immersive natural environments show measurable improvements in creative problem-solving (up to 50%), strategic thinking, and team leadership—precisely the skills organisations need during this period of market volatility.

    • Increased engagement: Gallup’s data shows that the world’s workplace is not headed in the right direction. However, the data also shows a productivity boom opportunity if leaders seize the moment. Gallup estimates that if the world’s workplace was fully engaged, US$9.6 trillion in productivity could be added to the global economy, the equivalent of 9% in global GDP. Investment in wellbeing for the win.

  • We want to keep a bit of mystery to ensure we maintain some wonder for our expeditions. Each day of the experience will include food, drink, action, conversation, contemplation, and calm. We won’t have any keynote speeches or powerpoint slides. Our application will help us to curate some of the elements, but you can expect that we are collectively building the skills and mindsets that will help us become wild leaders.

  • We offer small cohort experiences to build trust and skills needed to live differently in a different kind of economy. We love this quote that emphasizes our convictions about small: “Emergence emphasizes critical connections over critical mass, building authentic relationships, listening with all the senses of the body and the mind.”
    —Adrienne Maree Brown
