This is not a workshop or an offsite. It's one day to reset.

You are being asked to make consequential decisions faster than ever with less time to think about whether they're the right ones. Your calendar is full and the strategy seems to be set. And yet, there's still this quiet question underneath: Am I building the right thing, or just filling time?

What is it?

Field Day is one day outdoors with a small group of senior leaders, away from the building, working through the questions that don't survive a packed calendar. Asking questions about what you're actually building, what's driving it, and what you'd change if you were honest about it. It's structured and facilitated, but deliberately a bit uncomfortable in the way that things that transform us are meant to be.

Who is it for?

This is ideal for teams or senior leaders navigating complexity, transition, or high stakes.

What do I leave with?

  • Clarity on the decisions you've been circling

  • A sharper read on what your work is meant to do

  • A plan on how you can move forward on a Monday

  • A small group of peers, from your team or outside your industry, who can offer you the insights you didn’t expect when you leave the laptop behind
