We partner with WildLand who are custodians of 220,000 acres of Scottish Highland, guided by a 200-year vision of landscape-scale regeneration. Beneath Ben Loyal mountain, not far from the North Sea, amongst the surrounding moorlands, you will find the most honest classroom most leaders have ever entered. A landscape that has been tended across centuries has things to say about resilience, patience, and what it means to build something that outlasts you. This is not our venue. This is our teacher.

You will spend time in the kind of silence that is increasingly hard to find. You will eat at a shared table with people who will challenge and change how you think.
