We are wanderers and wonderers.
We work with a few amazing guides on our expeditions.
Kara Pecknold is a seasoned designer and sustainability leader working with leading global brands and founder of The Field Trip Co. In her 20+ years in design, she has helped individuals and organisations consider the requirements for building a world where people and planet are in balance. Canadian by citizenship, she is now based in Bavaria where she climbs mountains instead of splashing in the open sea. Deep in her heart, she believes that most challenges can be solved on a forest walk or at the dinner table.
Nicole Miller is the CEO of Biomimicry 3.8, a certified BCorp and social enterprise dedicated to helping change-makers create a more regenerative and just world by emulating nature’s designs and core principles. Her 22 years in corporate sustainability and global supply chain development support her role in driving internal strategy, projects, and initiatives as she works to bring biomimicry strategies and solutions to clients worldwide.
Carrie Forster is the founder of whole sum coaching. She helps leaders stay true to themselves, achieve meaningful results without sacrificing their own well-being or authenticity. As a plane crash survivor, survivor of the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks, and bereaved mother to a daughter who died of a rare disease, Carrie knows that we all have the potential to transform in ways we never would have thought possible. As a former BCG consultant and co-founder of a health food startup, she knows what it takes to keep calm when the stakes are high.
