We keep our gatherings small on purpose. Limited spaces means every seat genuinely matters. With that in mind, here's how we handle cancellations for The Modern Campfire.

• More than 14 days before the event: Full refund, no questions asked.

• 7–14 days before: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before: We're unable to offer a refund due to partner commitments.

• If we cancel: You'll receive a full refund or priority access to a future event, your choice.
