Scotland

Some things need distance to become visible.

What happens when you get to step away from your role?

You get an off-grid, off-script experience designed for deeper dialogue, meaningful connection, and the space and tools to imagine what comes next.

This is not a pause from your work.
It is a confrontation with what your work is for.

You will spend time in the kind of silence that is increasingly hard to find. You will eat at a shared table with people who will challenge and change how you think. You will walk in landscapes that have outlasted every institution you have ever worked for. And you will be asked gently yet persistently about what you are actually building, and why.

We partner with WildLand who are custodians of 220,000 acres of Scottish Highland, guided by a 200-year vision of landscape-scale regeneration. It’s a landscape that has been tended across centuries and has things to say about resilience, patience, and what it means to build something that outlasts you. This is not our venue. This is our teacher.

You will leave with something more durable than a tool or a framework. You will leave with a different way of seeing. If you are a leader who is ready to be genuinely changed by what you encounter and not just refreshed by it, you’ve found your people.

“Nature doesn't just need to be the subject of my work; it can also be the model for how I lead and how I build a business. That shift in perspective is one I'll carry for a long time.”
